What is your MOQ for export orders?
For stock models, samples start at 1 box; bulk orders from 50 boxes (about 15 km of cable). OEM/ODM programs start at 200 boxes with custom printing, jackets and packaging.
Do you use CCA (copper-clad aluminum) conductors?
No. Every conductor is 100% bare copper — solid for horizontal cables and stranded for patch cords. We do not produce or supply CCA under any price point.
Can you provide test reports?
Yes. Every production lot is electrically tested, and lot test reports (impedance, attenuation, return loss, NEXT/PS-NEXT) are available on request for tenders and audits.
What jacket options do you offer?
PVC and low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) across all categories, with custom colors and printing for OEM programs.
Do you ship samples before bulk orders?
Yes — sample reels and patch cord samples ship by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) worldwide. Sample cost is credited against the first bulk order.
